About Carol Anne Kret

Carol Anne has had a presence in Park City real estate for over 20 years. She’s a founding broker/owner of Keller Williams Park City Real Estate – a brokerage that has grown to one of the market’s top producers in just 5 short years.

With a repeat customer list as deep as the base at 9,990 in February, Carol Anne had also worked extensively with local builders and developers. And she’s a proven champion: Carol Anne pre-sold the entire Sundial Lodge condo development’s 150 units in a single day at a total of $42.6 million – an industry record.

Carol Anne’s extensive knowledge of the Park City market lets her have a laser focus for each client. She outlines the smartest moves, best strategies and profitable tactics. Of course, her extensive knowledge of Park City restaurants lets her have a laser focus in selecting the best place to celebrate the win with each client.

Carol Anne enjoys the outdoors, hiking in the mountains with her dog Astro, and skiing with friends and family. She is also an active practitioner of yoga (something which Astro tries to practice with her, albeit with limited success at anything other than down dog).



2006 to Present: With 25 years experience as one of the leading agents in the competitive Park City real estate community, Carol Anne is one of the founding broker/owners of Keller Williams Park City Real Estate, which has become one of the leading brokerages in town in a short amount of time. Carol Anne has been affiliated with several other brokerages, before choosing the Keller Williams model, which is one that emphasizes the importance of building long term client satisfaction and relationships, rather than just promoting a brand or an individual transaction. As an owner/broker, she has mentored many newer agents and helped them grow their business to new levels by teaching classes and helping them to incorporate sound businesses practices. She is also involved in the brokerage’s management and goals. 


2009 to Present: Carol Anne and Nick Caravaglia partnered to combine their skills, energy and background to offer their clients Elevated Services at 7000 ft in the Park City real estate market. They have enjoyed a friendship that spans more than 20 years and before E7, often referred clients to each other in their past business roles. They have achieved Top Producing Partnership status in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. 


2001-2006: Carol Anne re-joined the Prudential team as an Associate Broker working on her own as an individual agent. She accomplished award-winning sales volume and was awarded Chairman’s and President’s Circle Club and is a lifetime member of the Park City Board of Realtors Masters of Professional Achievement. She was the exclusive listing agent for more than 15 years for a very prolific Builder/Architect team where she repeatedly brought them sales prices higher than the competition.

2000-2001: Carol Anne joined up with JRRE to facilitate the sales of the new Silverado at The Canyons condominium project. They achieved more than 20 reservations in a pre-sale environment when those developers chose to sell off the land. 

AMERICAN SKIING COMPANY: Director of Sales and Principal Broker 

1998-2000: Carol Anne orchestrated and managed the sales for Park City’s most successful launch of the Sundial Lodge at The Canyons, when $42.6 million in sales and 150 condominiums were sold IN ONE DAY in 1998. Within only 6 weeks, Carol Anne helped to design, implement and customize the sales and marketing launch program specifically for the Park City real estate community. She was responsible for educating the local Realtors about The Canyons new master plan along with specifics of the Sundial Lodge condominiums and the most unusual selling method this town had ever seen. She interviewed and hired a sales team only two weeks prior to the big sale and continued to manage the sales process from reservation to binding contracts and ensured the successful closing of each transaction. 


1993-1998: As one of the first brand new agents to have been hired by Bill Coleman, Carol Anne quickly rose to top producing status.

1991-1993: As the SW Regional sales rep for this full color, high gloss magazine, The National Magazine of Luxury Real Estate, Carol Anne quickly learned her target market and those top agents in each community.
